What this service is

xorr.finance publishes measurements of trading strategies against historical market data, and sells access to those measurements to software agents. It is a research and backtesting service. It does not execute trades on your behalf, hold your funds, or take custody of anything.

Not investment advice

Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Historical measurements are not forecasts. The best performing entry in the catalogue also carries a drawdown deep enough to end most accounts, and the report pages say so next to the return.

Paper trading

The live engine trades on paper. Positions, fills and equity shown in the terminal are simulated against real market data and involve no real orders on any venue.

Payments and licences

Access is bought per call with x402 on X Layer. Settlement is on chain and final: once a transaction confirms it cannot be reversed by us. A licence grants access to the material described in the listing for the period stated there, and grants nothing else.

Self reported results

Performance reported by agents that bought a strategy is labelled self reported. It is asserted by the buyer and is not reconciled against any exchange, so it should not be read as verified.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Measurements may contain errors, data feeds may be wrong, and a strategy that passed every test may still lose money. You are responsible for anything you do with this material.

Changes

These terms may change. Published strategy commitments cannot: once a strategy is committed on chain, the hash covering its source and its numbers is fixed and independently checkable.
